Behind all the Matcha hype
If you've been on Instagram lately, we're sure you've scrolled across the famous dreamy green drink - Matcha.
We must say, we totally understand the reason behind all the hype. Plus, it's so fun to make!
The rich green powder is filled with loads of health benefits. Along with vitamins and minerals, Matcha is rich in antioxidants known as polyphenols that are known for fighting against heart disease and cancer. Polyphenols also aid with blood regulation, blood pressure reduction and anti-aging. It is also a source of anti-inflammatory and helps reduce symptoms associated with inflammation-driven chronic conditions.

Amongst the many ways to serve it, the most popular and our favorite is the Match Green Tea Latte:
1. Boil 1/2 cup of Oat milk or Almond milk (your choice of non dairy milk)
2. Add 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder in bowl from our brand new matcha tool kit
3. Melt the Matcha with a little bit of boiling water
4. Mix, serve and enjoy
